If you are not satisfied with our product which you have purchased through Mondayink.com, subject to and in accordance with the conditions set out below, you may return to us the product and request an exchange or a refund of the purchase price.

Conditions for Product Return/Exchange

1. The Returned Product must be purchased through Mondayink.com.
2. The Returned Product must be returned to us within 30 working days of your date of receipt and may at your sole cost and expense.
3. The Returned Product must be unopened in its original packaging with all contents intact. The Product should not be returned if the packaging of the Product has been opened, refilled, or if the Product is used or damaged.
4. The order number of the Returned Product, your name and contact details should be given in writing to us.
